Considering language constraints

I think we should use ASCII, but I notice that Chinese characters don't fit that category. However, the editing rules suggest sticking with ASCII for file edits. It’s interesting that chat responses can be in Chinese though. So, I’ll find a balance between these constraints and decide how to deliver my response effectively. I want to make sure I’m staying compliant with the requirements!
