I want to stick to a minimal approach and provide a translation. Since the user typed in Chinese, I can respond in the same language. I'll include the English translation as well. I don't need to run additional commands for this. I'll also offer options for rephrasing, like turning it into a headline, summary, or social caption, and ask the user what they specifically need.
